These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between 345bet (referred to as the "Platform" or "we") and its users (referred to as "Member" or "you"). By opening an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

345bet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. If significant changes are made, a notification will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

In addition to these Terms & Conditions, 345bet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy form part of the same integrated agreement. In the event of any conflict between the terms on this page and those other policies, the terms on this page shall prevail.

To register on 345bet, you need an active mobile number and a valid email address. All information provided during registration must be accurate and belong to you personally. 345bet reserves the right to close any account found to have been created with false information.

Only one account is allowed per person. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual, household, or IP address is strictly prohibited.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, 345bet may request any of the following documents:

• National ID (NID) — front and back
• Passport or driving licence
• Recent utility bill (for address verification)
• Proof of payment method ownership

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. For large transactions, 345bet may request additional information at any time.

Before placing a bet on 345bet, make sure your account has sufficient balance. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. If a bet fails to confirm due to a technical error, it will be voided and your balance will be refunded.

345bet displays odds in decimal format. If odds change, the odds at the moment of bet confirmation will be treated as final. During Live Betting, if a market is temporarily suspended, no bets will be accepted during that period.

If a match or event is cancelled, bets will be settled according to the following rules:

• Cancelled before the match starts – full refund
• If a match is abandoned before the minimum required time has elapsed after kick-off, a full refund will be issued (subject to sport-specific rules)
• Settlement based on the official result once announced under international regulations
• If an event in an accumulator (combo) bet is voided, the odds for that selection will be set to 1.00

345bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds. In such cases, the member will be notified in advance and the stake will be refunded.

345bet currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, with a maximum daily deposit limit of ৳5,00,000. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.

345bet may carry out additional verification when processing withdrawal requests — particularly for large amounts or if unusual activity is detected on the account. This is part of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. Withdrawals will be processed once verification is complete.

Your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges during deposits — 345bet is not responsible for those fees. For withdrawals, 345bet does not charge any additional fees.

345bet regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer carries its own terms, which are detailed on that offer's dedicated page. The general rules are outlined here.

Wagering (Playthrough) Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after a specified wagering amount has been met. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• Bets with odds of 1.50 or above generally count towards playthrough requirements
• Bonus validity periods generally range from 7 to 30 days
• Any unused bonus and winnings derived from it will be forfeited once the expiry date has passed
• The same bettor may not claim the same promotion more than once
• If multiple members of the same household share the same address or device, the same bonus will not be issued more than once

345bet reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer upon clear evidence of fraud or bonus abuse.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 345bet platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

• Multiple accounts: Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name
• Bonus Abuse: Providing false information or attempting to exploit the system in order to claim a bonus
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on fixed matches or taking part in match-fixing activities
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds differences across platforms to guarantee a profit
• Money Laundering: Using betting as a vehicle for money laundering
• System hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's software, API, or database
• Stolen payment methods: Making deposits using another person's payment method

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Unwithdrawn funds originating from bonuses will not be refunded.

345bet reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Providing false information during KYC verification
• In order to comply with a court order or regulatory authority directive
• Suspected security threats or money laundering activity

If you believe 345bet has made an incorrect decision or treated you unfairly, you may submit a detailed complaint to support@345bet.express. 345bet will endeavor to respond within 5 business days. If the matter remains unresolved, you may seek assistance from a third-party dispute resolution body.

345bet believes that betting should be a form of entertainment — never a guaranteed source of income. We genuinely care about the wellbeing of every member and, with that in mind, offer several voluntary protection tools.

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap
• Betting Limit: Set a limit on how much you can bet within a specific time period
• Loss Limit: Betting will automatically stop once you've lost a set amount
• Cooldown Period: Take a break from betting for anywhere between 24 hours and 7 days
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclusion options ranging from 30 days to a permanent account lock

If anyone under 18 has access to your device, enable parental controls and keep your login credentials private. Should 345bet identify an underage member, the account will be closed immediately.
